  • To be eligible for a return, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in resalable condition.
  • Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Cash on delivery (COD) orders are eligible for returns subject to verification and approval.

    • Order number
    • Product name
    • Reason for return

3. Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of returning items unless the product is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • Refund processing may take up to 7–10 business days from the date the return is received.

5. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products that are damaged due to misuse or not in their original condition are not eligible for returns.
  • Personalized or custom orders, if applicable, may not be eligible for return unless defective.
